Woodie Earl Beck, III of Camden AL passed away tragically on May 6, 2025. He was born April 18, 1972, to Woodie Earl Beck, Jr and Mabel Kirk Beck.

Woodie, known as Boo-boo by most of those closest to him, spent most of his career coaching young men and women at AISA schools in central and south Alabama making a lasting positive impression on young lives.

He is survived by his wife Tiffany Andrews Beck; sons Joseph Harrison Beck and John Patrick Beck; stepsons Slade Timothy Hines and Carson Garrett Hines and his father Woodie Earl Beck Jr. He also leaves his brothers Tony Beck (Marla) and Ken Beck (Shonda) as well as his sister Barbara Ann Beck Meeks (Ken).

Woodie is preceded in death by his mother Mabel Kirk Beck and son Jacob Earl Beck.

Woodie was a beloved dad, husband, son, brother and friend to many.  He never took any role he carried lightly, and he held the softest spot in his heart for his Savior.

He was the quick-witted man in the room and never spared an "I love you".  He changed the lives of others just by living.  His overwhelming joy, no doubt was a reflection of Jesus, and that is where we are able to find peace and hope in the days ahead.

As deeply as he will be missed here, we can find hope in where he is now by celebrating his life today just as he would want us to and making sure that we let him "tell you about his Jesus" in all the many ways he showed it.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 12, 2025,10:00 AM at Thomaston Cemetery, 598 Persimmon Place, Thomaston, Alabama. Officiating will be Rev. Douglas Chapman, Bro. Zach Wilson and Bro. Jamie Agee with Dunklin Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be Chad Adams, Dr. Lee Armistead, Chris Burford, Beau Meeks, Jamie Patrick, Shaun Reed, Charlie Taylor and Cory Tucker.
