Willie O'Neal "Neal" Edwards, 66, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 20, 2026 at Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama following an extended illness. 

He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Ann Edwards and parents, Willie Ray  Magnolia  Edwards.

Neal is survived by his children, Alicia Edwards Cook Donnie), Ashlie Paige Brogden (Michael), Erin Terease Edwards, Brian Edwards, Jamie Edwards, and Jared Edwards, brother, Kyle Edwards (Tereasa) sister, Sheila Ziglar, special friend, Shirley Killough as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other extended family members.
