Stout, William Ivory "Billy", 49, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 in a Montgomery, AL hospital. A Celebration of Life service will be Friday, October 14, 2016 in the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Herbert Brown officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, October 14, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.

Mr. Stout was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary Garrison Bradsill. He is survived by his wife, Rhoda Rhodes Stout of Greenville, AL; daughters, Pamela Coleman of Greenville, AL and Carrie Ramos of Grand Bay, AL; granddaughters, Johnika Renea Powell of Luverne, AL, Melody Ramos and Morgan Ramos of Grand Bay, AL; great-grandsons, John R Powell, Jr., Conner L. Powell and Wesley R. Powell all of Luverne, AL; father, William H. Stout of Steeleville, MO; sisters, Leslie Branson of Steeleville, MO, Barbara Eiland and Cheryl Mauldin both of Troy, AL; four stepsisters, two stepbrothers and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
