William Paul Hendrix, Sr., went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Sunrise Memorial Park with Brother Lane Simmons officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at First Assembly of God, 760 N. Conecuh Street, Greenville, Alabama.

Paul is survived by his wife, Sherry Moyes Hendrix of Selma; children, Jason Keith Hendrix, William Paul Hendrix, Jr., Wesley Hampton Hendrix, Stephanie Nicole Pincince, Sydney Ashlyn Crosby, Nastya Elizabeth Hendrix; grandchildren, Natalie Marie Pfeiffer, Alexa (Lexi) Noel Pfeiffer, Liam James Crosby, Ethan Zane Pincince, Lily Anna Pincince, Oliver Kol Pincince, Tristan Kye Hendrix, Tinsley Kate Hendrix, Elijah Robert Hendrix, Andrew William Hendrix, Sydney Arabella Hendrix and Nolan Grady Stinson.

Paul was born in Mobile, Alabama on January 16, 1951, to the late Norman "Sonny" Hendrix and the late Stella Cole Lady.  Paul proudly served in the U. S. Marine Corps and was a Vietnam Veteran.  He loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dunklin Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
