Walter Earl Cartwright, 64, a resident of Greenville, AL died at L.V. Stabler Hospital on Sunday, August 20, 2017. A funeral service will be Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Greenville with Reverend Angie Long and Mr. Greg Poff officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Sunrise Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the church.

Mr. Cartwright is preceded in death by his parents: Draford and Nettie Cartwright. He is survived by his wife: Annette S. Cartwright of Greenville, AL; daughter: Cherie M. Stabler of Monroeville, AL; son: Kevin R. Cartwright of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren: Gage Stabler and Ella Grace Stabler of Monroeville, AL; sisters: Betty Jean Reeves (Bobby) of Luverne, AL, Bessie Irene Mosley of Greenville, AL, and Frances Marie Basom of Greenville, AL; brothers: Clarence Cartwright (Corrine) of Foley, AL and Jerry Allen Cartwright (Cindy) of Honoraville, AL and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Hinson, Blaine Hinson, Paul Hudgins, Allen Varner, Jeremy Lowery, Mike Norris, John Scott, and Jeff Owens.
