Vernon Stabler Herring, 81, a resident of Greenville, AL, died on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Stabler Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunrise Memorial Park with Rev. Allen Wynn officiating. Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Herring was predeceased by his parents, Robert & Lora Herring, brothers: Paul & Joseph Herring, sister: Mabel Myrick, Grandsons: Jamie & Eric Wesley.
Mr. Herring is survived by his wife: Donna Herring, brothers: William Herring of Greenville, AL, Bob Herring of Montgomery, AL, Sisters: Marjorie Myrick, Melba Parker & Martha Thompson all of Greenville, AL & Millie Crews of Montgomery, AL, children: Allen Herring of Hawaii, Andy Herring of Kentucky, Christi Perry of Hattiesburg, MS and Nancy Wesley of Greenville, AL, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Justin Herring, Bobby Herring, Jr., Maxwell Myrick, Bobby Dixon, Chuck Crews and Matt Parker.
