Freeman, Mr. Tom Alton, 87, a resident of Greenville, AL died Sunday, September 8, 2013 at his residence. The funeral service will be Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Dent officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul's United Methodist Church Cemetery with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Freeman is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Agnes Freeman. Survivors include daughter, Sandra F. Hickman (Joseph); granddaughter, Dee H. Blackmon (Jimmy); three great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Abby, and Lara Beth Blackmon, all of Greenville, AL and several nieces and nephews.
