Mr. Thomas Taylor, 78, a resident of Greenville, AL, died on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Baptist South Hospital, Montgomery, AL.

Funeral service for Mr. Taylor will be Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Antioch West Baptist Church with Rev. Watson Wasden officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, December 1, 2015, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his daughter: Sheila Renee Taylor and parents: Edward O. & Era Lee Taylor.

He is survived by his wife: Carolyn Taylor of Greenville, AL, daughter: Cindy T. Chambliss (Ray) of Greenville, AL, 2 sons: Wesley Taylor (Vesta) of Greenville, AL, Andy Taylor (fiancee: April Marie Clark) of Greenville, AL, grandchildren: Katie Marie Hanks, Andrea Rosenmarkle, Tray Chambliss (Mayle), John Chambliss, Sarah Chambliss, Rickey Taylor, Clinton Taylor,Steven Taylor, Aaron Taylor, Tess Merritt, Drew Nixon, Tatum Taylor, Tristan Taylor, Jacey Milton, Marlee Milton, 12 great-grandchildren, 3 Sisters: Virginia Lowery (Dennis) of Greenville, AL, Thelma Sheffield of Fitzgerald, GA, Janice Taylor of Andalusia, AL, brothers: George Taylor (Frances) of Greenville, AL, Willie Taylor (Barbara) of Greenville, AL, Julius Taylor (Carolyn) of Greenville, AL, Eddie Taylor (Pat) of Robertsdale, AL, James Taylor (Pat) of Greenville, AL, Cecil Taylor (Peggy) of Hartselle, AL, Ricky Taylor (Jennifer) of Andalusia, AL and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be: John Chambliss, Clinton Taylor, Rickey Taylor, Melvin Taylor, Mike Ernest, Michael Taylor, Drew Nixon and Triston Taylor.

Mr. Taylor was a great husband, great father, a member of Antioch West Baptist Church, a faithful choir member, loved all of his family and a mentor to many.
