Sylvia H. Sims, 94, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019. She is survived by her 4 children, Jean Sims Weaver of Mobile, AL, Carolyn Sims Piggott of Greenville, AL, Zollie Greel Sims JR. of Greenville, and John William Sims of Mobile, AL along with 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Ms. Sims was a long time member of South Side Baptist Church. She is adored in this community for her selfless giving heart.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home in Greenville, AL. The family will begin receiving friends at 10:00 a.m. with a chapel service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be officiated by Reverend Herbert Brown with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.
