Carter, Susan B., 62, a resident of Greenville, AL died on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her parents; James Henry Burgan and Patricia K. Weathers, and infant brother, Randolph Burgan. She is survived by her loving husband, Bob Carter, children; Chelli Flores (Manny) of Greenville, AL, Robert Carter, III (Natasha) of Kailua, HI, grandchildren; Robby Carter IV and Sean Michael Carter of Kailua, HI, step-granddaughter, Brianna Flores of Greenville, AL, great-grandson, Carter Vinson of Greenville, AL and aunt, Betty Ray of Greenville, AL.
The family will hold private memorial services at a later date.
