Oglesby, Mrs. Shirley Frances, age 73, a resident of Honoraville, AL, died on Wednesday, September 29, 2010, at her daughter's residence in Millry, AL. Graveside memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at County Line Cemetery.
Mrs. Oglesby was preceded in death by her mother, Jodie Raybon, father, Price Raybon, brother, Douglas Raybon, sister, Betty Pitts, and grandchild, Vann Reaves. She is survived by her husband, Alto Oglesby, sons, Leon Dobbs of Luverne, AL, Robert Dobbs of Elba, AL, Chad Dobbs of Honoraville, AL, Greg Dobbs of Opp, AL, daughters, Helen Ballard of Waynesboro, MS, Brenda Brown of Luverne, AL, Ann Jones of Andalusia, AL, Gale Beasley of Millry, AL, Sandra Holland of Greenville, AL, 26 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Oglesby was born in Butler County on January 5, 1937, and worked as a laborer for Allied Chemical.
