Brackin, Dr. Shirley Ann, 69, a resident of Greenville, Al died at Crowne Health Care on Monday, July 6, 2015. The funeral service will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Antioch East Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Mason Halacker and Reverend Ronnie Boulware officiating. Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Antioch East Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.

Dr. Brackin was preceded in death by her son: Donald F. Brackin and father: Marvin Cauthen.

She is survived by her Husband: Frank Brackin of Greenville, Al; daughter: Libby Brackin Sanchez (John) of Dothan, AL; sons: Steven Stringer (Monica) of Greenville, AL and Keith Stringer (Karen) of Hickory, NC; daughter-in-law: Susan Brackin of Millbrook, AL; mother: Myrtle O. Cauthen of Honoraville, AL; six grandchildren: Cade Stringer, Conley Stringer, Frank Jackson, Matthew Sanchez, Brittany Morris (David) and Bridgette Haggard (Andy); five great-grandchildren; sisters: Nobie Fussell (Joe) of Greenville, AL and Peggy Bowen (Darrell) of Fort Deposit, AL and many niece and nephews. Pallbearers will be Joe Fussell, Darrell Bowen, Dustin Bowen, Harold Teague, John Sanchez and Frank Jackson.
