Shelby Ruth Johnston, age 64, of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Friday August 10, 2018. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Heiberger United Methodist Church Cemetery, with President Barney McIntosh and Brother Vick officiating, and Dunklin and Daniel funeral Home directing.

Ms. Johnston was preceded in death by her parents Tire Eugene and Dorothy Mazell Johnston. She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Lynn Cohen and Elizabeth Dawn Smith Wyckoff ( Jeremy); grandchildren, Tyre Allen Wyckoff, Edward Morgan Wyckoff, Johnston Reed Wyckoff, and Chasity Ingram Wyckoff; brothers, Willie Frank Johnston and Tommy Allen Johnston; a sister Dorothy Jean J. Davis, and 6 nephews and 1 niece.
