Sarah P. (Granny) Nix born 1916 age 96 went to be with her Lord Monday, June 24th after a brief illness. She was a wonderful loving Mother, Grand Mother and Great Grand Mother. She was greatly loved and called Granny and Ma by many. She was preceded in death by her Husband John Dow Nix and her Sister Amelia Maddox. Granny leaves behind Daughters, Cameron (James) Edgar, Lapine, AL, Ellen Nix, Hope Hull, AL and her heart Daughter, Shelia Huff Cullman, AL; 3 GrandChildren, Chris Edgar, Lapine, AL, Misty Hayes, Montgomery, AL and John (Alecia) Edgar, Lapine, AL; 3 Great-GrandChildren, Brayden Hayes, Savannah Edgar, Cole Edgar and her faithful companions, Olivia and Brownie. Services will be held at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home Greenville, AL on Friday, June 28th. Visitation at 1 PM and Funeral at 2 PM.
