Ruth Lowery Hester, 80, a resident of Montgomery, AL died on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. She was born October 5, 1937 in Greenville, AL to Elbert Lester Lowery and Vera Gafford Lowery. She worked at Allied Auto Parts for many years. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Sunrise Memorial Park with Tommy Gafford and Terry Gafford officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Hester is preceded in death by her parents and husband: Davis A. Hester. She is survived by her brother: Lester B. Lowery of Montgomery, AL; sister: Martha Santo of Greenville, AL and numerous nieces and nephews.
