Mr. Roy R. Robson, Sr., 70, of Adel, GA passed away Thursday October 3, 2013 at his home. He was born August 1, 1943 in Columbus, MS to the late Roy and Aarminta Coward Robson. He has lived in Cook COunty since 1989 and was a retired accountant for J.H. Harvey Company and a member of First Baptist Church of Adel. Mr. Robson is survived by his loving wife, Frances P. Robson of Adel, GA; a son and daughter-in-law, Roy R. "Robby" Robson, Jr. and Delaine of Camden, AL; a daughter, Rebecca "Becky" Robson of Rockmart, GA; a sister and brother-in-law, Minta and Neil McDavid of Montgomery, AL; seven nieces and nephews; and eight great-nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2013 at the Chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home of Camden, AL with Rev. Neil McDavid officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Camden, AL on Monday October 7, 2013.
