It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Roger Dale Ryals, who left us on January 20th, 2025, at the age of 73. Roger was born on September 30, 1951, in Greenville, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his father, A. J. Ryals; his brother, Gary Ray Ryals and nephew, Jerry Bryon Ryals, Jr.

Roger is survived by his mother, Mary Ruth (Brown) Ryals (94); his brother, Jerry Brian Ryals; the love of his life, Debbie Yarbrough; three nieces, Kellie Currington (Johnny), Kacy Ryals Hall, Tifney Ryals, and one nephew, Adam Ryals (Mary), along with several great nieces/nephews and many cousins.

He was a man of immense humor and wisdom, cherishing every moment spent with his many loved ones. Throughout his lifetime, he shared/taught his passion for fishing and hunting to many others. He also enjoyed cooking and eating good country Southern food. His unwavering strength and spirit will forever be remembered.
