Robert Reece Holland

Mr. Robert Reece Holland, a resident of Andalusia, Alabama, passed away on June 29, 2026, at the age of 84.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Dunklin Funeral Home with Reverend Wesley Jeffcoat officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in Forest Home Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Reece was married to the love of his life, Barbara Page, on July 22, 1965. They shared many wonderful years together until her passing. 

A proud veteran of the National Guard and a lifelong Christian, Reece lived a life rooted in faith, service, and devotion to his family. His quiet strength, integrity, and steadfast beliefs were evident in the way he treated others and lived each day. 

He is survived by his two sons, Chet Holland (Carrie) and Stuart Holland; and his beloved grandchildren, Abi (Alex) O'Connell, Hezekiah Holland, Thomas Johnson, Lizzie Holland, and Chloe Holland. 

Reece found his greatest joy on the water, especially with a fishing rod in hand. Whether spending quiet mornings on the lake or sharing stories with family and friends, he cherished the simple pleasures of life and the time spent with those he loved. 

He will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his love of family, his quiet strength, and the lasting memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy of faith, love, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew him
