Herring, Robert W., 86, a resident of Greenville, died Sunday, January 25, 2015, at LV Stabler Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Sunrise Memorial Park with Reverend Lane Simmons officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing. There will be no public visitation.
Mr. Herring was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lora Herring; brothers: Paul Herring, Vernon Herring, and Joseph Herring; and sister, Mabel Myrick. Mr. Herring is survived by his brother, Bob W. Herring of Montgomery; sisters: Millie Crews of Montgomery, Melba H. Parker, Marjorie Myrick, and Martha Thompson of Greenville; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bobby W. Herring, Jr., Matt Parker, Chuck Crews, Keith Foster, Josh Foster, and Dalton Foster.
