Richard Harold Kuykendall, 71, of Forest Home, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama in Greenville.

He was born in Kansas and had been a lifelong resident of Butler County. Richard worked in the food service industry. He was an avid walker and loved his cats.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Sam Kuykendall and Betty Jean Williams Kuykendall.

He is survived by his sisters, Barbara Seale (Gary), Judy Kuykendall, Maxine Kissane and Deborah Kidd (Johnny) all of Butler County, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
