Peggy Ann Jones, 59, more affectionately known as "Peggy D. Jones", who worked at L. V. Stabler Hospital for nearly 36 years, died on Monday, August 17, 2015 at her residence. The funeral services will be Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Phillips officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, August 21, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents: William and Margaret Davis; grandparents: John Francis and Estelle Sexton.

She is survived by her husband: Charles "Chuck" Jones of Georgiana, AL; brother: Jeffrey Davis (Debbie) of Luverne, AL and many nieces and nephews.

Peggy and Chuck were married for 17 A½ years. Peggy was a wonderful woman, wife, and caregiver who watched diligently over patients and dedicated to her co-workers. She loved to play her games on her I-pad. Peggy was an LPN at L.V. Stabler Hospital in Greenville, AL for 36 years. On September, 13, she would have celebrated her 37th year of service.
