MacGuire, Nina Little, 88, died on Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home with Reverend Rob Fossett officiating and Dunklin and Daniels directing. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
Mrs. MacGuire is preceded in death by her husband, C.H. "Buster" MacGuire, infant daughter, Judith Ann MacGuire. She is survived by two children, Colin "Big C" MacGuire (Kathy Lawrence) of Greenville, AL and Caroline Gafford (Greg) of Georgiana, AL, two grandchildren, Savannah Gafford Hall and Nina Marie Gafford, great grandchild, Alaina Hall, brother, John G. Little Jr. (Tera), sisters, Iris Norman (Bunk) and Barbara Priester (and the late James R. Priester), numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to caregivers, Laura Beverly, Linda McVey, Hellon Knowles, Ken Hall and Joan Hall, and the staff of Amedysis Home Health care.
