Cates, Mrs. Nancy Capell, age 78, a resident of Ft. Deposit, AL died on Thursday, May 30, 2013. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Little Sandy Ridge Cemetery near Ft. Deposit, AL with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Cates is preceded in death by her parents, Charles C. & Helen Capell, and an infant son. She is survived by her husband, Joseph G. Cates of Ft. Deposit, AL, children, James C. Cates (Kay) of Boulder, CO, Joseph E. Cates (Lourdes) of San Marino, CA, Charlotte C. Gard (Duke) of Las Cruces, NM, Claire C. Haulk (Kevin) of Griffin, GA, nine grandchildren, sisters, Mary Helen Capell of Mobile, AL, June Capell of Mobile, AL, and Peggy Capell of Forest Park, GA.
