Mrs. Mertha Gertrude Felts Gaines, 94, a resident of Camden, AL died at J. Paul Jones Hospital Saturday, October 19, 2019. The graveside service will be Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Society Hill Cemetery with Reverend Edward Felts officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home of Camden, AL directing.

Mrs. Gaines was preceded in death by her husband, Houston T. Gaines; twin-sister, Gesna Griffith; sisters, Janie Faye Martin, Sue Gaines and Norma Lee Ray and brothers, Edward Lewis Felts and David Allen Felts. She is survived by her daughters, Trudy Gaines Waren (Van) and Nell Gaines Small both of Camden, AL; grandchildren, Amy Waren, Cindy McCoy, Rebecca Waren, Elliott Waren (Brittanie) Erik Small and Emily Small; great-grandchildren, Courtney Havard, Conner Havard, Lil McCoy, Cade Waren, Gaines Small and Houston Waren; sister, Judith Watts if Camden, Al; brothers, James Gordon Felts and Bobby Ray Felts both of Camden, AL and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
