Mary Gaines Speir, 80, a resident of Camden, AL died on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at J. Paul Jones Hospital. The funeral service will be on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Camden Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church with Reverend Henry Lewis officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home of Camden, AL directing. Burial will follow at the Camden City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Mrs. Speir is survived by her daughters, Laura Speir (Clare Smith) of Canton, GA, Deborah Thompson of Camden, AL and Mary Wise (Michael) of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Hannah Hutcheson (Alex), Laura Thompson, Thomas Thompson, Elizabeth Anne Wise, Sarah Wise and Forrest Wise; sisters, Betty Gaines Kennedy of Camden, AL and Haden Gaines Marsh of Birmingham, AL and numerous other relatives.
