Mrs. Mary Frances Quates, age 78 of Greenville, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019 at a local nursing home. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 at Antioch East Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Danny Dean officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service.

Mrs. Quates is preceded in death by her husband James Earl Quates; parents, Addie Lee and Lucy Strickland Bender; brothers, Edward Lee Bender Ellis Bender and Roy Bender; and a sister, Elizabeth Parsons. She is survived by her sons, Tony Luckie, Ricky Quates, David Quates, and Jimmy Quates (Pennie), nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a brother, Doyle Bender; sister-in-laws, Joann Bender and Carol Quates, along with many nieces and nephews.
