Mary Kathryn Hargrove Skipper, age 88, of Luverne, AL, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Luverne Health and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home with Brother Harold Smith officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at County Line Church of Christ Cemetery in Honoraville, AL. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Skipper is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Skipper; a son, Larry Skipper; father, Charles Hargrove; mother, Ethel Burrington; step-father, Robert Burrington; step-mother, Eugene Hargrove; a brother, Bud Hargrove; and a sister, Eddie Joyce Hargrove.

She is survived by a daughter, Sherry (Clifford) Rogers; a son David (Rose) Skipper; a sister Lynette McAllister, a brother Buddy (Debbie) Hargrove; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She also served as a special granny to a select few and many others.
