Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his wife Melba Till Allen (former Auditor & Treasurer of State of Alabama), grandson David Allen and brother Bernard Allen. He is survived by a daughter Judy Allen Grimes (Robert) of Anniston, AL; a son Randy Earl Allen (Darlene) of Clanton, AL; six grandchildren: Suzanne Kelley, Melanie Smith, Kristi Grimes, Mandie Baker, Angel Woodruff, John McDuffie, nine great grandchildren and sister Bernice Frost of Talladega, AL.
