Johnston, Marjorie Joyce Pope, 94, a resident of Ft. Myers, FL died October 1, 2016 in the Pavilion at Hospice of Shell Point Village, Ft. Myers, FL . A graveside service will be Friday, October 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Magnolia Cemetery with Sara Manson officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service

Mrs. Johnston is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Johnston, Sr; parents, Monty B. and Cora Annette Pope; and several brothers and sisters: Euel, Lucille, Ruth, Lala, LaFaye and Ralph.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Smith (Dane) of Ft. Myers, FL; son, Joseph H. Johnston, Jr. (Katherine) of Deltona, FL; three granddaughters, two grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
