Banquer, Mrs. Marie Aho, age 89, a resident of Greenville, AL died Sunday, July 15, 2012. Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 18,2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Magnolia Cemetery. Rev. Jeff Hamm will be officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Banquer is preceded in death by her husband Paul A. Banquer. Survivors include her daughter, Helena Shirley (Scott) of Greenville; son, Alfred Banquer of Chambersburg, PA; three grandchildren, Matthew Gafford (Anita), Paul Shirley, Elen Shirley; four great-grandchildren, Jessica Kimberly Gafford, Thomas Jackson Gafford, Gabriel Jackson Shirley, and Isaiah Tanner Shirley; sister, Greta Aho Boudinot and several nieces and nephews. The family requests any memorials be made to the Music Ministry of the First Presbyterian Church, 215 E. Commerce St., Greenville, AL 36037.
