MURPHY, Mrs. Madelaine Bunch, 89, a resident of Greenville, AL, died on Tuesday,
July 26, 2011 after an extended illness. Graveside services will be held on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery in Greenville with Rev. Jerry Wilkerson officiating. The family will receive friends at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Murphy was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Edward Jarvis Murphy in 1995. She is survived by her daughters: Linda Murphy Maier of Frederick, MD, Carol Murphy Ingram (Doug) of Brentwood, TN, Cheryl Murphy Gill (Charles) of Leesburg, VA, son: Phillip Murphy (Joyce Wood) of Greenville, AL, 6 grandchildren: Ed Maier, Bill Maier, Kristen Ingram Smithson, Douglas Ingram, Kellie Murphy Burton, Katelyn Gill, 6 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church, 212 Fort Dale Road, Greenville, Alabama 36037.
