Lonnie "Buddy" Alfred Hargreaves, Jr., a resident of Coy, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the age of 86.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Coy Cemetery with Brother Tommy Primm officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Hargreaves was preceded in death by his son, Alfred Hargreaves; his parents, Lonnie A. and Julia Hargreaves; siblings, Bernice Brownfield, Lena Nell Gleason; and daughter-in-law, Lisa Hargreaves.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Mary Ann Hargreaves; sons, Bruce Hargreaves, Dewayne (Heather) Hargreaves; sisters, Agnes Sheffield, Corine McKinley; grandchildren, Jonathan Hargreaves, Sierra Dolbear (Elliott), Lonnie Hargreaves (Harley), Jasmine Hargreaves, Tristen Hargreaves; great grandchildren, Alexander Dolbear, Coen Dolbear, Nickalous Dolbear, Lillee Dolbear, along with one on the way, Jasper Martin.
