Linda Faye Anderson Pearson, age 78, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. from Jenkins Chapel Methodist Church in Old Texas, Alabama with Brother Bobby Crawford officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing.  Burial will follow in the Jenkins Chapel Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Ziba and Mary Frances Anderson; and son, Gregory Lewis Oakley, III.

She is survived by her husband, David Pearson; daughter, Kendall Pearson Howard; grandchildren, Abigail Howard, Olivia Oakley, Travis Tuberville, Joshua Smith, Gregory Oakley IV, five great-grandchildren, her sisters, Elaine Lenga, Charlene Hines, Margaret Brown; her brother, Ziba McGowin Anderson, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Jenkins Chapel Cemetery Fund, 257 Owens Road, Pine Apple, Alabama 36768 or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
