Crenshaw, Lewis Womack, 84, a resident of Greenville, AL died at his home Tuesday, August 11, 2015. A graveside service will be Friday, August 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Crenshaw Cemetery with The Reverend Dr. David Saliba officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.

Mr. Crenshaw was preceded in death by his brother: Frederick William Crenshaw, IV. He is survived by his wife: Margaret K. Crenshaw of Greenville, AL; sons: VADM Lewis W. Crenshaw, Jr., USN (Ret.) (Marilyn K.) of McLean, VA and Thomas A. Crenshaw (Mary Lou) of Greenville, AL; grandchildren: L.W. Crenshaw, III (Pamela K.), Lauren C. Leo (Benjamin) and Jennie Alexander Crenshaw; great-grandchildren: Charlie Crenshaw, Ander Crenshaw, Lucy Crenshaw, Layla Leo and Eliza Leo; sister: Betty C. Hendricks of Birmingham, AL and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society, P.O.
