Minister Kendrick W. Kelley, age 68, a resident of Luverne, AL, died on Tuesday, August 24, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Smith officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery in Crenshaw Co., AL. The family will receive friends at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Minister Kelley was preceded in death by his parents, Vastine and Louise Kelley. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Kelley, children: Karen (David) Blair of Brewton, AL, Tim (Edi) Kelley of Brewton, AL, Jamie Kelley of Luverne, AL, Justin (Misty) Warr of Luverne, AL, Joshua (Jessica) Warr of Honoraville, AL, nine grandchildren; brothers, Herman (Annette) Kelley, Sam (Brenda) Kelley of Luverne, AL; sister, Betty Joyce Gafford of Honoraville, AL, many nieces and nephews, aunts, Annie Laura Barganier of Greenville, AL and Vela (Gilbert) Pugh of Pine Apple, AL. Pallbearers will be Yancey Kelley, Justin Warr, Stanley Foster, Harold Teague, Gerald Kelley and Gary Chinberg. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Foster and Sam Tucker.
