Wright, Juliatte Godwin, 88, died at her home On Monday, April 10, 2017. The funeral service will be Monday, April 17, 2017 at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Willie Crawford and Reverend Harold Smith officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Awin Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, James Luttrell Wright, Sr.; parents, Arthur and Dottie Godwin; son-in-law, Michael Griffin and sister, Mary Lois Bishop. She is survived by her; sons, James Luttrell Wright, Jr., Arthur Gordon Wright (Mary Beth); daughter, Gwendolyn Wright Griffin; grandchildren, Stephanie Serra (Mike); Arthur Gordon Wright, Jr (Elisha); Capt. James Cook Wright; great-grandchildren, Tristen Serra, Macie Ivy, Katelyn Wright, Jackson Serra, Asher Serra and Baby Wright; brother, Bill Godwin (Margaret); sister Linnie Godwin Wright and numerous other family and friends. The family would also like to thank her caregivers, Vicky Jones and Becky Godwin.
