Judy Ann Thompson, a resident of Greenville, Alabama, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025, at the age of 70.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Sunrise Memorial Park with Brother Walter Brewer officiating.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Thompson; her parents, Wiley and Lillie Jones; brother, William Jones.

Judy is survived by her children, Wayne Owens, Angela Andrews, Leigh Green (Matt), James Thompson (Paulina); grandchildren, James Andrews, Kaitlyn Summerlin (Ashley), Hannah Simmons, Megan Andrews, Noah Kidd, Channing Leverett, Matthew Green, Jackson Thompson; great grandchild, Paige Summerlin; sister, Lisa Mitchell (Donald); along with many nieces and nephews as well as other extended family members.

Judy was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. She was deeply loved and cherished by her children and family but would swear to each of us that she loved us more. She worked as a pharmacy technician at Jones Drugs from 2006-2019.

She was a devout Christian and had a remarkable ability to spread love and kindness wherever she went.  She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
