Mr. Joseph Neil Poole, Jr. age 86, a resident of Forest Home, AL, died January 12, 2011 in Montgomery, Al. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.
Reverend Thack Dyson and Reverend Olivia Poole will be officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.prior to service. Mr. Poole is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Watson Poole; sons,
Almon Watson Poole and Joseph Neil Poole, III, and brother Harry Davidson Poole, Sr. Survivors include his wife, Danolyn C. Poole; children, Rebecca Dyson, (Thack) of Fairhope, AL: William Lloyd Poole (Lynn) of Greenville, AL; Step-children, Mary C. Neuendorf (Dale) of Birmingham, AL; Anita C. Stringfellow (Gary) of Montgomery, Al; Carol C. Lee (Steve) of Greenville, AL; grandchildren, Olivia Poole, Almon Poole, David Van Horn, Christopher Poole, Virginia Dyson Harris, Aundrea Poole, Tanner Poole, Lauren Poole,; great-grandchild, Elise Harris and many cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive flowers or donations may be given to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
