Johnny Luther Plemmons, II

Johnny Luthter Plemmons, II, 49, of Honoraville, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at his home following a brief illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Butler County. Johnny had worked in the construction industry since he was old enough to work. He was an avid coin collector and in his leisure time he enjoyed listening to music and target practice. Above all, Johnny was a good father to his girls and was happiest when spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Dennis Gibson, grandparents, Rex and Mary McGough and several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Silvia Plemmons, daughters, Elisabeth Plemmons, Stephanie Plemmons and Jessica Plemmons, mother, Darlene Gibson, stepsister, Anna Rogers, stepbrothers, Michael Gibson (Dana) and Ken Gibson, and grandson, Kaiden Landon.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
