John Francis McCary, 75, of Camden passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at his home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Mary Lewis McCary, siblings, Eddie, Leon and Karen and son, Joseph Freeman Sr.

John is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Janice Mathis McCary, children, Robert (Amanda) McCary, Jon (Tammy) McCary, Christie (Ken) McGraw, siblings, Doris and Diane, grandchildren, Robert Jr., Ryan McCary, Jorja McCary, Petal McCary, Branon, Paul and Janice Edwards, Kaitlyn (Tyler) Halbrook and Joseph Freeman, Jr., as well as 9 great-grandchildren.
