John Howell Kelley, born on February 20, 1936, died on November 2, 2022.  John was born and raised in Forest Home Alabama and a life long resident of Greenville Alabama.  John had a long and successful career as a General Contractor in and around Greenville.

John is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Clifton and Nannie Godwin Kelley; sister, Margaret Louise Kelley; brothers, Robert E. Kelley, William F. Kelley, and Joseph Kelley; and granddaughter, Caroline Kelley.

John is survived by his brother, George C. Kelley; son, John H. Kelley, Jr (Debbie) of Hurley, MS; daughter, Kaye M. Reed (Bob) of Virginia Beach, VA; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on November 12, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary at Forest Home Baptist Church, Forest Home, AL, followed by graveside burial at Forest Home Cemetery.  Viewing and family visitation will precede the funeral from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
