Harrison, Mr. John Fred, 84, died Sunday, March 12, 2017. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Antioch East Baptist Church with Reverend Ronnie Boulware officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in the Antioch East Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the church.
Mr. Harrison was preceded in death by his wife, Era Mae Harrison and brother, Winford Paul Harrison. He is survived by his daughter, Fredda Marie Ingram (Wallace); son, John Morgan Harrison, Sr. (Laura); grandsons, John Morgan, Matthew, Luke, and Caleb; sister, Sammie Eugena Hill; brothers, Billy Mack Harrison (Judy) and Cecil Wayne Harrison (Pratha); and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Harrison was a longtime member and deacon at Antioch East Baptist Church and a member of the Eureka Lodge #64 in Greenville. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a model railroad train collector, beekeeper, and woodworker.
