Stanford, John Christopher "Chris", age 46, a resident of Georgiana, AL, died on Monday, July 30, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 3, 2012 in the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Watson Wasden officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in Antioch West Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.
Mr. Stanford is survived by his brothers, William Stanford of Wilsonville, AL, Carl (Cheryl) Stanford of Greenville, AL, sister, Sheila (Ricky) Perdue of Rainsville, AL, nieces and nephews, William Stanford, Jr., Christy Jones, Richard Perdue, Brian Perdue, Hope Hicks, Shaina Shankles, several great nieces and nephews, cousins, Jimmy Cole, Jeanette Taylor, and Brenda Rutherford, special friends, Gene and Sandy Schofield, Anna and Judy Schofield, and Sally Duke.
