Strickland, Joe E., age 85, a resident of Burkeville, AL, died on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 11, 2011 At Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Al Finch and Rev.Darrel Paulk officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 10, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.Burial will be at New Bethel in Braggs, AL.
Mr. Joe Strickland is survived by his wife, Voncile J. Strickland, daughters, Winnie S. Loftin, Linda S. Cates (Jack), grandchildren, Teri L. Spivey (Ray), Elizabeth C. Smith (Darrell), Joseph E. Cates, Sharon L. McGough (Lonnie), great-grandchildren, Belinda Jane Smith, Jordan Spivey, and Neal McGough, several nieces and nephews, beloved in-laws, as well as, other loving family members.
