Joan Scruggs Ballinger, age 62, of Camden passed away on November 20, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL.

She was preceded in death by her husband David C. Ballinger; parents Harvey and Louise Scruggs and a brother Kenneth Scruggs. She is survived by her brothers Wayne Scruggs and David Scruggs of Camden and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday November 24,2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Brother Tommy Primm officiating and Dunklin Funeral home directing.

Memorials can be made to Bible Baptist  or a charity of your choice.
