Mr. Jeffrey Jacob "Jake" Sawyer, 21, died on Sunday, July 6, 2014 from injuries sustained in an accident. The family will receive friends at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Minister Charles Box officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Home, AL with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Mr. Sawyer was preceded in death by his grandfathers, the late Walter Lloyd Sawyer of Camden, AL and the late Ralph Pouncey of Luverne, AL. Jake is survived by his father: Jeffrey Lloyd Sawyer of Greenville, AL, his mother: Tabbetha Yvonne King of Greenville, AL, brother: Joshua Lloyd Sawyer of Greenville, AL, 2 sons: Jacob Brantly Sawyer & John Brenton Sawyer both of Greenville, AL, fiancee': Grace Cason Sawyer of Greenville, AL, grandparents: John Sawyer, Judy Hestle & Bo Phillips all of Greenville, AL, Larry & Linda Tomlin of Luverne, AL, great-grandparents: Pansy Sawyer of Camden, AL, Myra Pouncey of Luverne, AL, John & Mildred King of Upotoi, GA, aunts: Jessica Tomlin of Luverne, AL & Jennifer Ingram of Greenville, AL, uncles: Scott King of Birmingham, AL, Daniel Phillips of Montgomery, AL, Donnie Swagger of Luverne, & Allen Ingram of Greenville, AL, and other relatives.
