Bowen, Janie Lou, 81, a resident of Fort Deposit, AL died on Saturday, March 11, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Jackson officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home Directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Internment will at Panola Cemetery at a later time.
Mrs. Bowen was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Bowen; parents, Luther and Era Mae Branch; and brother, Harold Branch. She is survived by her children, Gary Wayne Bowen, Darrell Bowen (Peggy), Cheryl Reed, Keith Bowen (Heather), Kyle Bowen (DeAnn); grandchildren, Jason Bowen (Claire), Candice Bowen (Matt), Dustin Bowen (Nora), Kaylin Bowen, Kobe Bowen, Ryan Davis, Emily Bowen, Kendall Bowen; great grandchildren, River, Rory and Rainey Bowen, Dylan Baum and Avery Bowen; sister, Alene Cannon and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
