Mr. James Lutrell Wright, Sr., 92 a resident of Pine Apple, AL died Friday, December 30, 2016. Funeral services will be Monday, January 2, 2017 at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home, Greenville AL at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Willie Crawford and Bro. Harold Smith officiating and Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in Awin Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
Mr. Wright is survived by his wife of 67 years, Juliette Godwin Wright; sons, James Lutrell Wright, Jr., Arthur Gordon Wright (Mary Beth); daughter, Gwendolyn Wright Griffin; grandchildren, Stephanie Serra (Mike); Arthur Gordon Wright, Jr (Elisha); Capt. James Cook Wright; five great-grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
