Rigdon, Mr. James Ray age 83, a former resident of Greenville and a resident of
Red Level, died on December 6, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be at 12 noon Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home. Reverend Glenn Vaughn and Reverend Carl Turman will be officiating. Burial will follow in Sunrise Memorial Park with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 11, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Mr. Rigdon is preceded in death by his wife, Blanche W. Rigdon and son, Roger Clayton Rigdon. Survivors include three sons, Richard Ray Rigdon (Hana) of New Braunfels,TX, James Ronald Rigdon (Jennifer) of Boerne, TX, and Patrick Russell Rigdon of Red Level, AL; seven grandchildren, Derek Rigdon (April), Nikki Stephens (Amos), Christy Davis, Brian Rigdon, Ashley Carter (Jason), Lauren Green (Clif), and Russell Rigdon (Loran); thirteen great-great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Free (Herman) of Prattville, AL, brother, Julian Rigdon (Rhonda) of Cleveland, TN and one niece and three nephews.
