Col. (Ret.) James Fisher Frakes "Tut", 93, a resident of Greenville, AL, died on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at L. V. Stabler Hospital. The family will receive friends at 111 Herbert Street, Greenville, AL on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 5 until 7 p.m.
Memorial services will be held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church with The Rev. Reid McCormick officiating on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Greenville, AL.
